April's entrees are prepared with the finest quality ingredients. Hand-selected seasonally fresh fish is purchased at the Newport docks. Fresh beef is the finest natural Niman Ranch and Piedmontese. Everything at April's is made in house, including all of the sauces, dressings, soups, breads and desserts. The extensive wine list features Northwest and Italian wines that pair beautifully.
